Problem
The main objective is to firmly position Samsung within the Construction/PRS market as a true partner, able to move the industry forward by employing the entirety of Samsung’s B2B ecosystem.
Objectives
The page to be created will act as a destination to find out more about their partnerships and to share details for a call back from the New Business team specialising in deals for this vertical.
Research and Analysis
I started by gaining an understanding of the target audience and their needs. The research I carried out revealed that stakeholders in the Construction/PRS market seek reliable partners who can offer innovative solutions and streamline operations. Additionally, they value transparency and accessibility in business relationships.
User Journey
I moved on to create a User Journey which shows how the potential partner would travel through the page gaining knowledge of either PR-driven media or paid media (or both) and will ideally be driven to the new Samsung.com page to be created that will house all the partnership content. This page will capture data and sales inquiries, directing them to the relevant Sales Team.
Sketches
Utilising my findings from my exploratory last steps, I sketched some screens, which helped me to ideate and move on to the next step.
Wireframes
After receiving positive feedback from the sketches, I decided to digitalise these ideas. So, I created mid-fidelity wireframes with a couple of iterations to get an idea of how the elements and features would look like all pulled together.
Final Design Solution
The page I designed was developed leveraging responsive web design principles to ensure optimal performance across desktop and mobile devices. Rigorous testing was conducted to iron out any bugs or usability issues before launch.
Results
The new Samsung B2B web page tailored for the Construction/PRS market received positive feedback from stakeholders. Key outcomes included:
- Increased visibility and credibility within the target market.
- Improved lead generation through the contact form, resulting in potential business opportunities.
- Enhanced user engagement with the brand and its offerings.
