Problem
Solution 17 created a successful virtual events platform for pharma conferences. As the lockdown was implemented globally, there was a surge in demand for this particular service and an increased possibility to expand into other industries.
Solution
By creating a new site, which will work alongside the current Sass platform, Solution 17 will grow its virtual events platform. This will support the increased demand for virtual events and expand into new markets like Gin tasting and Football.
Affinity Mapping
After meeting with the team, I got a good understanding of how the company works, the main requirements, and the need for the new website. So I moved on to create a board to help me with the main specifications of the project.
Sketches
I began by sketching out various ideas for the website. I focused on simplifying the navigation structure to make it more intuitive for users from different industries. These sketches helped me visualise different layout options and user flows.
Wireframes
From there, I translated the sketches into wireframes, outlining the basic structure and content placement on each page. Wireframing allowed me to iterate quickly and gather feedback from stakeholders before moving on to the final design phase.
Final design
The final design of the Solution 17 website represents a culmination of extensive research, iterative design processes, and user feedback. This helped position the company for success as it ventures into new industries while maintaining its reputation for excellence in virtual conference solutions.
Results
Through a comprehensive UX design overhaul, Solution 17 has achieved significant growth, resulting in measurable improvements in user engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Key outcomes of the UX redesign include:
